Delicious and Nutritious Healthy Meals on ABC 4 UTAH

March is National Nutrition Month and with Spring just around the corner, this is the time when colorful fruits and vegetables reappear in the supermarkets and in refreshing flavorful recipes.

Good Morning Utah invited Celebrity Trainer and Best of Utah Award winner Angela Martindale from Meals That Transform, a kitchen and food delivery service, to share some recipes that include her favorite fruits and veggies.

These meals will give you the most nutrition for your buck while you’re shopping this spring!

Meals That Transform Spinach Berry Salad with Special House Dressing
8 cups baby spinach or mixed greens
4 oz. chevre,
1 cup feta or blue cheese crumbled
1 pint of toasted pecans
fresh blackberries
TRANSFORM House Dressing or your favorite balsamic or blush wine vinaigrette to taste

DIRECTIONS:
Toss together spinach, chevre, pecans, and blackberries.
Then drizzle with the balsamic vinaigrette and serve.
