Why Breakfast Is the Most Important Meal of the Day

Unfortunately, it’s easy to let breakfast fall low on your list of priorities during a busy morning, but taking just a few minutes to have something to eat can really make a difference to your entire day.

Eating breakfast provides the body and brain with the fuel and nutrients that it needs to re-boot after an overnight fast. (That is where its name originates from, breaking the fast!)

Not having something to eat after waking, is just like trying to start your car with no gasoline in the tank.

One of my go-to breakfasts on a hectic morning is an OM power Bar and small OM Power Protein shake. Aside from being delicious, it’s fast, convenient and about 300 calories and 22 grams of protein so it’s a complete meal!!!
